The Local 764 Payment Portal connects you with your account in the Local 764 database. The Payment Portal is not yet active. If you have outstanding dues, you can call the Local 764 office or use the secure payment link below.

  • Full statements have been mailed and emailed to the address Local 764 has on file. If you need more information on your contact details on file, please contact Cindy Nguyen at the Local 764 office.
     

  • If you would like to set up a payment plan for past quarterly dues or work dues, please contact Martha Smith.
